INDOFAB Clariflocculators are scientifically designed mechanisms to suit Client's tanks for handling low TSS solids. The unit consists of two mechanisms, the Flocculator Mechanism and the Clarifier Scrapper Mechanism. INDOFAB Clariflocculators ensures good flocculation characteristics are achieved in optimum time for accelerating settling of flocs & ensuring minimum Flocculant Consumption at all times. Critical Criteria Design of Flocculator Mechanism such as Velocity Gradient G, Projected Flocculator Paddle Area of 15% to 35%, optimum Mixing speeds as required for effective flocculation is well understood by our Design experts. We encourage the use of Central Large Flocculators for most efficient design & achieving excellent treated water results. A Flocculation Compartment usually of 15mins to 45 mins of retention time hydraulically separates the Flocculation & Clarification zones within the tank. The settled flocs are carefully and gently scraped with the help of INDOFAB Clarifier Rake Arms towards Central Sludge Well in a regular manner giving high-quality overflow or supernatant Water/Liquid.
